Ademir Bueno

of Tok & Stock - design shop / ProductSão Paulo, Brazil

Since 1987, Ademir Bueno has been responsible for design and trends at Tok&Stok, Brazil’s largest furniture and household accessories retailer. He is a designer with an MA in business management from the São Paulo-based FAAP Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. As curator of the exhibitions at the Tok&Stok cafés, since 1995, Ademir Bueno has been developing collaborative projects with designers and fashion designers. In 2005 he established the Tok&Stok Design Award for students and has since managed the award’s ten editions. He gives talks on design-related themes and he is a juror in international design competitions.
