Anna Castelli Ferrieri
Milano, ItalyAnna Castelli Ferrieri (born 6 August 1920 in Milano, Italy; died 22 June 2006 in Milano, Italy) studied architecture at the Milan Polytechnic. After the war she served as assistant editor of the architectural review Casabella Construzioni, and has been correspondent of the British journal Architectural Design. Her professional activities include town planning, exhibition installations for the Milan Triennial, product design in the areas of furniture and everyday objects. She has taken part in numerous international competitions and has won many international prizes. Teaching appointments in Italy, Australia, the USA, and Switzerland. Author of numerous publications; there have been numerous international exhibitions and publications on her work.
