Prof. Bernhard Stein

Ott+SteinKassel, Germany

Bernard Stein (*1949) founded the Atelier Ott+Stein in Berlin together with Nicolaus Ott in 1978. He has been a member of the AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale) since 1997 and has shared a professorship with Nicolaus Ott for Visual Communication at the School of Arts & Design, University of Kassel since 1998. In 2004, Prof. Stein assumed responsibility for design in one of the three MetaDesign units and joined Thomas Klein and Florian Dengler as the third creative director on the MetaDesign management board.
