With a two-decade career in design, she held leading roles in the field of design and innovation contributing significantly to the implementation of products and services across various domains, such as consumer goods, digital health, conversational interfaces, and image processing during her tenure at Arçelik Global. Bilgen holds a degree in Industrial Product Design from Middle East Technical University (METU).
