Cheng Luo is the president of Shenzhen ARTOP Design Co., of ARTOP Brand Consulting & Design, of Shenzhen ARTOP INNO Co. Ltd., as well as of Auzhou ARTOP Design Integration Co. Ltd. and of HITOP INDUSTRIAL LIMITED. He graduated (1991) in industrial design from the Chongqing University. For many years, he has been director of the China Industrial Design Association and he is vice president of the China International Design Industry Union. Furthermore, Luo Cheng is a part-time professor and MA programs tutor at the Wuhan University, the Nanjing Tech University and the South China University of Technology. He is vice president of the Guangdong Industrial Design Association and of the Shenzen-based Changsha Chamber of Commerce. Luo Cheng holds many more high-level positions as expert, president or director.
