Bio-Architektur Formosana Taiwan

Ching-Hwa Chang is Founding Partner and Principal Architect at Bio-architecture Formosana - one of the leading sustainable architecture practices in Taiwan – and also a member of USGBC. As a professor at National Cheng Kung University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology she has inspired the next generation of architecture students. Ching-Hwa was awarded the 11th Awarding of Outstanding Architects in Taiwan in 2009 and was the recipient of Taiwan Architecture Award in 2007 and 2010, Honorable Mention in 2014. Her representative work includes the Beitou Public Library and the Pavilions for the Flora Expo, Taipei in 2010. Ching-Hwa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at National Cheng Kung University and received a master’s degree at University of Pennsylvania.
