Damian Mackiewicz is Head of Design at Harman, managing a global team across the USA, Asia, and Europe. He focuses on crafting holistic brand experiences for Harman’s audio portfolio, including JBL, Harman Kardon, and AKG. Known for his brand-oriented design approach, Damian infuses each brand with a distinct character, making them more human, tangible, and emotionally engaging. A graduate in Industrial Design from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd (2008), he has helped position Harman as a global leader in audio design with more than 1,000 international awards.
