Damian Mackiewicz

Damian Mackiewicz is Head of Design at Harman's design division and leads a global team across the USA, China, India, Germany, and the Netherlands. He focuses on crafting brand experiences for Harman's audio products, including JBL, Harman Kardon, and AKG. Under his direction, the team has earned over 650 awards, positioning Harman as a leader in audio design. Damian, a graduate in Industrial Design from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd in 2008, has been pivotal in integrating design as a strategic element in Harman's success.
