Daniel Koo is a professor at the School of Creativity and Art and director of the Lab for Experiential and Affective Design (LEAD), as well a creative director and a partner in product and product-system development-related businesses in Asia and the US. Daniel holds a degree in Product Design from Art Center College of Design. His specialty is understanding the emotional behavior of the consumer and the object in question. He is an advocate of innovation and a consultant on how the power of design can convey benefits and strategic business advantages.
