Dario Grasselli

Dario Grasselli is the Design Director of the De’Longhi brand, part of the De’Longhi Group Company. He entered the world of design in the late 90s, when he was still studying motorcycle design and graduated in Industrial Design from the Politecnico of Milan in 2001. Dario started his career in the Global Consumer Design Team of Whirlpool Corporation, where he spent the following 17 years with a growing career in different categories, designing practically all kinds of large and small appliances. In 2020, he moved to De’Longhi, where he leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing a wide range of products, from coffee machines to cooking and air treatment appliances. He is also a visiting professor at many Italian design schools (Politecnico of Milan, Domus Academy, SID). Dario has won more than 40 international design awards, including 18 iF DESIGN AWARDS.
