

David Robb
BMWMünchen, GermanyDavid Robb, United States, was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in Japan, California, Texas and the MidWest. While studying transportation design in Pasadena he started working for US companies, for example for Raymond Loewy and the Jet Propulsion Laboratories. After graduating in 1979 he became a member of the "Advanced Design Studio" at Chrysler in Detroit. In 1980, he moved to Audi in Ingolstadt, working on car interior and exterior design projects. Project Head for international design activities and main consultant for VW do Brasil. Since 1984, Head of the Exterior Design Studio at BMW, and took part in implementing countless concept models and heading the Computer Aided Styling (CAS) pilit project.
