Debbie Huang

PEGA DesignTaipei, Taiwan

While the computer industry was in rapid growth around the year of 2000, Debbie Huang became the first and only industrial designer at ASUSTek Computer Inc.. She established the Department of Design with one hundred staff members and excelled continuously in the product design of 3C appliances.

In 2008, Debbie started yet another Department of Design, this time for Pegatron Corporation, once an OEM business group of Asus, going independent in the same year.  Under the leadership of Debbie, the designers at PEGA were capable of offering the most creative ideas with promising outcome, and eventually earned enormous commercial success for the clients.  This is the reason why the Department of Design at PEGA has been attracting clients not only from inside PEGA, but also from the international brands like 3M, OSRAM, Panasonic, Colgate, Hair...etc, even for the design of non-3C products.

Since 2018, Debbie was promoted to be an AVP in Chairman's Office at PEGA, starting a new chapter on her chronicles of life.  Even though temporarily receding from the frontline of product design, Ms. Huang is continuously offering her professional insights to the Department of Design, where she began her amazing career.
