Ehlén Johansson
MEJK Design co: greenexMalmö, SwedenMarie Ehlén Johansson received her education at the HDK-School of Design and Craft at the Gothenburg University in Gothenburg/Sweden. She worked then for 12 years as a one of a core group of designers. In 1996, she established Pelikan Copenhagen, a Danish design studio, together with three partners and since 2004, she is running her own design studio, Mejk Design in Malmö/Sweden. Through Mejk design, Johansson works as a freelance designer both with well-established companies and new smaller firms. Ikea is continues to be one of her major customers.
