Frank Detering

Synapsis Design GmbHStuttgart, Germany

Frank Detering is the Owner-Operator of Stuttgart-based Synapsis Design, established in 2009. He studied mechanical engineering in Munich and industrial design in Stuttgart and Milan. After founding his own dedicated studio, he created medical lasers for KLS Martin and physiotherapy systems for Trumpf. Recent projects include awnings for Heim+Haus and sensors amongst other electronic devices for the European market leader Sick. Frank has won more than 30 international design awards.
