Gerd Wilsdorf

Siemens-Electrogeräte GmbHMünchen, Germany

Gerd Wilsdorf (born in 1947) completed his apprenticeship as an electrician with Deutsche Bahn. He graduated as Dipl.-Ing. Feinwerktechnik (precision engineering) in Heilbronn and studied industrial design in Pforzheim. He also won a design coordinator for "Optische Werke G. Rodenstock" and a designer for Siemens Electrogeärte GmbH. Since 1987, Gerd Wilsdorf is the head designer at Siemens Electrogeräte.
