Gerwin Schmidt

Since 2003, Gerwin Schmidt has been professor of communication design at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design. After graduating, he took on a post as lecturer at the Voralberg University of Applied Sciences and he conducted workshops in Iceland and Poland. Since 1997, he has been an independent designer based in Munich and focusing on the design of books, posters and corporate identity. Works for clients like the MKO Munich Chamber Orchestra, the Neue Sammlung Munich, the Haus der Kunst Munich, the Stuttgart State Gallery, Gaggenau and Bulthaup.
