Haur-wen Lu

Haur-wen Lu initially trained as a craft designer at the National Taiwan University of Arts, before working for Taiwan Sharp Electronics Corporation as an industrial designer. After graduation from the School of Design, University of Cincinnati in 1987, Wen worked for Robeson Industrial Corporation, and then created his own studio for consulting services in New York, established as WEN’S DESIGN INC. In 1993, he also founded IDECO International Inc. From 1999, both are now located in Taipei. At present, apart from being a professional industrial designer, Wen is also a professor teaching at the National Taipei University of Technology, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
