Prof. Hyang-eun Lee

Hyang-eun Lee is a professor in the Department of Service Design Engineering at Sungshin Women`s University in Seoul. She holds a PhD in Design from the Graduate School of Arts at Seoul National University and a Masters in Design Management from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. Her research focuses on UX trends and user psychology, as well as design and consumer trends. Hyang-eun is also responsible for service / UX / trends consulting projects for leading IT manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai Motors in Korea and China. Her expertise also includes corporate and marketing strategy as well as product development.
