Isabella Natter-Spets

Isabella Natter-Spets is the founder and owner of FUNKA, an Austrian agency for idea development and service design, as well as the co-founder of the independent Service Design Vorarlberg platform. After studying tourism and earning a master’s degree in International Business, she worked as a client director for PKP_BBDO in Vienna. As head of marketing at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, she developed a network platform for design and industry. And last but not least, the childhood she spent at an Austrian inn, where she had contact to guests from all over the world, has played an important role in influencing Isabella’s works in the fields of communication, services, design and idea-finding up to today.
