Jan Hampf trained as an engineer. Has worked as a designer since 1968. Head of Hampf Industrial Design. Member of several professional organizations. Adviser to the Art Center College of Design (Europe). Teaching post at Gothenburg University. Various awards and prizes. Works included in numerous museums and design collections.
