John Lam

John Lam is a university lecturer and researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). John focuses on emerging trends in workplace design and strategy. He thrives in interdisciplinary collaborations, driven by a deep commitment to creating value and inspiring change through design and culture. John has nearly 20 years of experience in design and management, working with market-leading multinational organisations across a range of industries. His strong intercultural perspective has been shaped by his time living in China and working extensively in Europe and the US.
