Karen Korellis Reuther

Karen Korellis Reuther is an experienced creative executive, and a Design Critic at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. From 2021-2022 she was a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. Karen was Vice President Creative Direction + Innovation at Reebok and Global Creative Director at NIKE where she developed major product, merchandising and brand strategies solidifying NIKE at the top of its industry. Karen is an advisor and activist committed to “Inclusion by Design: Ending Gender Bias in Product Design”. Using her experienced voice as a platform to raise awareness to the inequities in our built world, Karen encourages women to pursue careers in the fields of design, architecture, and engineering, make their voices heard, and assure that the female body is considered at every level of the product creation process. She received her bachelor’s in industrial design from Purdue University and her master’s in business management from Lesley University.
