Karen Korellis Reuther is an experienced creative executive, and a Design Lecturer at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. From 2021-2022 she was a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. Karen was Vice President Creative Direction + Innovation at Reebok and Global Creative Director at NIKE where she developed major product, merchandising and brand strategies solidifying NIKE at the top of its industry. She is an advisor and activist committed to inclusion by design and ending gender bias in product design. Her book, “Man-Made: How we designed a world that leaves women out” will be published by Harper Business in 2026.
