Karen Korellis Reuther is an experienced creative executive and design critic. She is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and was previously Vice President of Creative Direction and Innovation at Reebok, as well as Global Creative Director at Nike. She developed major product, merchandising, and brand strategies. She remains a Nike advisor and activist, committed to 'Inclusion by Design: Ending Gender Bias in Product Design'. She is raising awareness of the issue and encouraging women to pursue careers in design, architecture and engineering.
