Katja Gerhards

Katja Gerhards leads Design and Predictive Modelling at Henkel Consumer Brands from 1st of Jan 2023. Before she has been leading Innovation and Design for Henkel, Laundry & Home Care, being responsible for cross-category product innovation in addition to globally leading Industrial Design of all new packaging and products in Laundry & Home Care since 2010. She previously led end-to-end design and development of packaging for Consumer Adhesives in Henkel's Adhesive business unit starting with initial design and supporting through final market launch. Prior to Henkel, Katja designed sanitary equipment and soap/disinfection dispensers in a medium sized company.
