Keng-Ming Liu

BitoTaipei, Taiwan

Keng-Ming Liu is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Bito, a leading talent-driven motion design company in Asia. With nine years of experience as a motion designer and art director in New York, specializing in broadcasting, commercial film, and title design, Liu returned to his hometown of Taiwan in 2013 to establish Bito. He integrates transmedia design into every aspect of the moving experience through animation, film, and motion, influencing an entire generation of Taiwanese designers. As a culture shaper, he seeks to uncover Taiwan's DNA through his “Design Feeling” philosophy. His notable projects include the Taiwan Tourism Brand, a 3D mapping in Nuit Blanche Paris, and the Taiwan Pavilion at the London Design Biennale. In 2024, he received the Presidential Innovation Award in Taiwan for these national projects. Currently, he has started a new interactive department, "Bitween," exploring the possibilities of technology and design, from motion generative tools to spatial immersive experiences.
