Dr. Kunpyo Lee

LG Electronics Inc.Seoul, Republic of Korea

Kun-Pyo Lee is the head of the corporate design center and executive vice president at LG Electronics in Seoul, Korea. He joined LG Electronics after 22 years as professor at the department of industrial design at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) and as director at HCIDL (Human-Centered Interaction Design Lab). He has worked in the field of design methodology, design planning, user-centered design, user-interface design, user-experience design and, most recently, crowd source design. In addition to teaching and conducting research, Dr. Lee has worked on research projects with LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Johnson and Johnson, Volkswagen, and various governmental organizations.
