Prof. Dr. Kurosch Rezwan

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kurosch Rezwan (born 1975) studied materials sciences at the ETH Zurich and obtained a PhD in 2005. He then worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the field of materials sciences at the Imperial College London for one year. In 2006, Dr. Rezwan held the position of junior professor for bioceramics at the University of Bremen. From 2008 to 2010 he was head of the Biomaterials Technology department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Advanced Materials Research in Bremen. He has held a professorship in Advanced Ceramics at the Department of Production Engineering at the University of Bremen since 2009.
