Prof. Kurt Weidemann

Kurt Weidemann (* 15. December 1922 in Eichmedien, Ostpreußen/Masuren; † 30. March 2011 in Sélestat, Elsass) trained as a typesetter and then went on to study at the State Applied Arts Academy in Stuttgart (where he was later professor, from 1967 - 1983). He first worked in various jobs relating to graphics, copywriting and advertising. He lectured at the State Academy of Design in Karlsruhe. He has published numerous books.
