Maike Budde

Maike Budde is, together with her sister Lia Budde, managing director of the renowned family business Budde Industrie Design in Münster (Germany). She studied Industrial Design at the University of Wuppertal and at the University of Cincinnati at the College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning (DAAP). Budde Industrie Design has stood for good industrial design since 1978. The company's international clients come from a wide range of industries, from products such as vehicles, processing machines and technical equipment to consumer goods. The intensive functional and technical examination of the product, combined with a high aesthetic standard, is Maike's approach to creating successful design.
