Maimouna Ouattara

Maimouna Ouattara is a One World Promoter for the promotion of development policy engagement in migrant self-organizations. She accompanies migrant-diasporic organizations, migrant actors, Black communities and PoC self-organizations in their engagement. Since 2017, Maimouna has been working at the One World Center Berlin Global Village, a place of diversity, encounters, open dialogue and engagement in Neukölln. Topics such as North-South relations, participation, participation policy and shaping the immigration society accompany her both in her student engagement and in her professional work. She has extensive experience and a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge on the subject of migration/integration/refugees. She studied French and Spanish philology and political science at the University of Potsdam.
