Mariano Ramirez
University of New South WalesSydney, AustraliaMariano Ramirez is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Industrial Design at the University of New South Wales. An active researcher in the field of sustainable design, he has published over 70 papers and presented at more than 30 international conferences. He has held visiting academic positions at 24 universities in ten countries in Asia and South America and is a Higher Degree Examiner at five Australian universities. His projects focus on embedding sustainability into industrial design education and practice, enabling sustainable consumer behavior, and leveraging product design for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
