Marisa Gallén

Gallén+Ibáñez&CoValencia, Spain

Marisa Gallén is the Director of Gallén+Ibáñez&Co, a studio for Design Consultancy and Digital Strategy in Valencia (Spain). She is a veteran of Spanish design, continues to work with the same vitality as when she founded the prestigious La Nave studio with ten other partners in 1984. Her social and professional commitment has led her to be appointed President of the association that has promoted Valencia’s candidacy for World Design Capital 2022. She has been recognized with the Medalla de Bellas Artes de San Carlos, the La cadena del FAD. Mestres and with the National Design Award 2019.
