Michael Lanz

Vagabund MotoGraz, Austria

Michael Lanz is a product designer and design strategist at lanz.design.consulting and a partner at Vagabond Moto. He started his career in the design department of Siemens AG. Until 2018, Michael was one of the owners/managing directors of designaffairs, later part of Accenture. At the same time, Michael was a lecturer at TU Dresden and head of the Institute for Product & Transportation Design at FH JOANNEUM in Graz. From 2019 to 2024 he was a member of the Advisory Board for Creative Industries of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy.
