Morten Bo Jensen

Morten Bo Jensen is Chief Designer at the Danish design company Vipp in Copenhagen. In 2003 Morten received his Master of Science degree in industrial design from Aalborg University and Hong Kong Polytechnic School of Design. After graduating, he worked for the bicycle design brand Biomega two years before moving to Vipp in 2006. There, he continues the illustrious legacy of the company's founder and leads the creative expansion of the company's product range. Apart from the iconic trash can, the product line now includes high-end kitchens, lighting products as well as a fully equipped prefabricated house, the 'Vipp Shelter'. Most recently, he has been the creative lead behind the launch of several furniture line extensions that ads both upholstery, solid wood and natural stone to the brand's material signature, steel, yet maintaining the brand's ever-important attention to the crafted detail.
