Nedda El-Asmar

Nedda El-AsmarAalst, Belgium

Nedda El-Asmar studied jewellery design and silversmithing at the Royal Academy for Fine Arts in Antwerp and graduated from the Royal College of Art in London. Since then, she has worked for renowned companies as Hermès, Puiforcat, Villeroy & Boch, Vange en Carl Mertens and many more. Erik Indekeu has been working with her since 2008. Nedda El Asmar’s designs have earned numerous awards and prizes, e.g. the Sterckshofopdracht 1997, an annual assignment by the Silver Museum of Antwerp. Besides she has been teaching at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts at the department of Silversmithing and Jewellery design since 2007.,
