Oliver Lin

Taiwan Design Research Institute/WDOTaipei, Taiwan

Oliver Lin is Vice President of the Taiwan Design Research Institute and Board Director & Treasurer of the World Design Organisation (2023–2027). He has strengthened Taiwan’s global design presence through initiatives such as World Design Capital Taipei 2016 and the “TECH WORLD” Pavilion for Expo 2025 in Osaka. At TDRI, he advances industrial innovation, talent development, and public service design. A Distinguished Alumnus of Tatung University, he is promoting design as a force for social good.
