Pernilla Johansson

Pernilla Johansson is the Head of UX Design for Digital Delivery at Volvo Group. She is also Co-Founder of the Centre for Organisational Creativity, leveraging creativity taking a system approach to enable and drive innovation by design. Swedish born, Pernilla studied Industrial Design at the University of Gothenburg. She has over 25 years of international experience in large multinational corporations, such as Philips and Electrolux. She is recognized for building and leading high performing design functions globally, embedding design thinking across product and commercial functions, and launching award winning product ranges underpinned by strategic insight, change leadership skills, and a continual focus on life centric experience. Her experience spans over four continents, with 16 years spent in Asia Pacific.
