Sibylle Bornefeld

Sibylle Bornefeld has been working as a project manager at Sauerbruch Hutton in Berlin since 2007 and has been a partner since 2020. She oversees a wide range of competitions and projects, including residential and office construction as well as educational and research buildings. Sibylle’s main focus is on timber construction. Among other projects, she was responsible for the planning of the award-winning Universal Design Quartier in Hamburg. She also works in a team designing and developing room modules as a subdivision of systemic timber construction. She received her diploma in architecture from the Technical University of Berlin.
