Szonja Szesztai

Szonja Szesztai is a project manager at the Office of the Hungarian Design Council, being responsible for organizing the Hungarian Design Award, and for the international relations of the Council. She has been a member of the BEDA Board (Bureau of European Design Associations) since March 2012.
She graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Industrial Design Engineering in 2006. During university, she studied also at the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy. After graduation she worked as a designer in Hangar Design Studio in Italy, than at the Haworth office furniture company in Hungary.
