Thomas Paulen

Eindhoven, Netherlands

Thomas Paulen has been CEO of Netherlands based design agency VanBerlo, from 2009, before becoming an advisor to multiple design teams. Ever since he joined VanBerlo (1994), Thomas has been building a structure of multi-disciplinary teams that tackle complex design challenges. Before this, the Technical University Delft graduate worked in several design agencies. At VanBerlo, Thomas’ focus includes projects centered strategically around users, brands and technology that ultimately contribute to client success. With offices in Eindhoven and Ypenburg (The Hague), VanBerlo has completed over 5,000 projects and won over 150 international design awards.
