Thomas Paulen

Eindhoven, Netherlands

Thomas Paulen has been the CEO of the Netherlands-based design agency VanBerlo before becoming an advisor to multiple design teams. Since joining VanBerlo in 1994, he has built a structure of multidisciplinary teams that tackle complex design challenges. At VanBerlo, Thomas focus is on projects centred around users, brands and technology. With offices in Eindhoven and Ypenburg (The Hague), VanBerlo has completed over 5,000 projects and won over 150 international design awards.
