Tom Allemeier

BMW Group DesignworksUSAMünchen, Germany

Tom Allemeier is design director at the Munich-based studio of BMW Group Designworks USA. Before taking on this post, he was creative director with a focus on transportation at the same company. After teaching interior design at the Blocherer School in Munich, in the 1990s, Tom established an interdisciplinary design agency for products in the architectural and urban environment. In 1992, he graduated in industrial design from the HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd.
