Ulrike Brandi

ULRIKE BRANDI LICHTHamburg, Germany

Ulrike Brandi graduated in industrial design from the Hamburg University of Fine Arts. In 1986, she founded the Ulrike Brandi Licht GmbH where she has since been managing director. She has developed lighting solutions for more than 800 international projects. Among her latest projects are lighting designs for the satellite terminal of the Munich airport, for the Rotterdam Centraal train station, for the new Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart and for the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. In addition to teaching assignments and guest professorships at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, the Braunschweig University of Art and the Linz University of Art and Design, Ulrike also hosts design workshops and has published several guidebooks on lighting.
