Victor Ong

BainSingapore, Singapore

Victor Ong is a visionary and thoughtful leader in user-centered innovation. With more than 15 years of experience in UX/UI design, he is passionate about transforming ideas into actualized, winning solutions—and about continually striving to provide top-tier, strategic design solutions. Victor is currently the Head of Design for the APAC region at Bain since August 2019. In his role, Victor is charged with building the design team and helping to upskill the team’s design capabilities. He has successfully launched teams in Singapore, Thailand, India, Australia, and China—and most recently, he added new team members in Japan and Korea. He also concurrently serves on Bain’s business-building team.
