Wadi Ben-Hirki Foundation Nigeria

Wadi Ben-Hirki is a social entrepreneur and development consultant with over nine years’ experience advancing advocacy, education, gender equality, and peacebuilding. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Wadi Ben-Hirki Foundation, a registered youth-led non-governmental organisation that improves the lives of less privileged, marginalised, and disadvantaged people; especially women and children, through humanitarian assistance, empowerment, and advocacy.

A Mandela Washington Fellowship and Chevening Scholarship alumna with a Master’s in International Education and Development (with Distinction), she has volunteered and/or worked with reputable organisations such as ONE Campaign, Plan International Nigeria, Chatham House, and the Global Partnership for Education. She served as a juror for the iF Social Impact Prize 2024 and recently founded Range The Brand, a social enterprise focused on mental health and climate action.
