Currently, carbon fiber uses 2K solvent putty, drying at 85°C for 60 minutes, which requires coating and sanding many times to fix bubbles and pinholes; however, this costs significant energy and labor, leading to high carbon emissions. The ESG Paint system improves this by using a 50°C drying system that reduces bubbles and energy use. Furthermore, it dries in only 10 minutes, boosting production while reducing energy and labor costs. As a water-based system, it also lowers VOCs and emissions. Unlike old paint that must be used within 3 hours after adding hardener to avoid waste, this new paint merges paint and hardener without hardening, providing better convenience while reducing costs, pollution, and emissions.
