The EU and the US will introduce CBAM, making ESG crucial and determining product costs in the markets. Bicycles are promoted as an environmentally friendly means of transportation, making ESG mandatory for manufacturers. The issue with ESG coating: VOCs in the paint and the energy to dry the paint cause carbon emissions. ESG solution from YS: Process using low-VOC paint to reduce carbon emissions and maintain the coating and performance quality of high-end bicycles. Process: New powder primer->water-based primer->water-based paint -> new powder clearcoat. The new powder is VOC-free and dries at less than 200℃ to 130℃. 35% less energy consumption means saving energy cost and emissions. Water-based paint has few VOCs, but various options to meet color design needs.
