Natural colour for wood

Wood dye “5 elements” is manufactured without any expenditure of energy and consists of the components of the Chinese 5-elements-doctrine: wood powder stands for wood, sodium chloride for metal, ash for fire, slate powder for earth. These powdery or granular natural products are mixed and dissolved in the 5th element water. Next the mixture is applied onto raw wood directly or together with water varnish it forms the colouring and priming at the same time. Compared to the undyed material (no. 1/top left) the results are varnishing (2 and 3/top right and bottom left) and intensive (4/bottom right) shades with an intense wooden texture.
