Recruitment campaign

Martin et Karczinski

Martin et Karczinski is growing, and new employees are needed. The problem was that great consultants, highly competent client service employees and exceptional designers have become a scarce commodity these days, so employer branding is no longer dispensable. The idea and implementation of this unique project came from within the agency: the employees and what connects them with the agency were turned into highly aesthetic, sophisticated films and were placed online in the style of a growth hacking campaign – a congenial offer to apply for one of the open positions of the agency.
