The concept of physical distance has shifted In the context of the pandemic. When we discuss “distance” again, it not only represents the distance in the physical sense, but also the relationship between people, environment and subjects. The theme of this year’s design festival is "Beyond the boundaries". The design with its emoji symbols is able to cross and tear down boundaries, moving subjects closer or farther apart, merging and then separating them at times. Thus it becomes possible to directly reach people's emotions, enhancing the enjoyment of communicative interactions, stimulating a desire to communicate, and ultimately making people feel more positive about life.
