Seamless usability is offered by ensuring consistency between the design of the product and that of the mobile application UI. We adopted a UI that reflects the image of white home appliances. Four-directional scrolling and touch interaction provide an emotional user experience and increased convenience. The mobile application can be used for remote control and monitoring of washing status. Metaphors that users associate with washing were used to create an intuitive GUI. Various patterns were applied to the progress bar, which effectively reflect the unique characteristics of each washing step.
