The α350 is a cutting edge digital SLR camera with a large, tilting LCD screen, which makes it possible to take high-quality photographs from any angle without having to look through the viewfinder. The central ridges on the grip were alleviated to allow for a firm grip regardless of the angle of shot. For the shutter, every possible shooting angle was imagined to establish the perfect location for the button to be pressed, either with the thumb or the index finger. The lens mount features a splash of the "Alpha" series brand color, cinnabar.
