Brochure

This brochure deconstructs well-known artwork from the 1960s and presents it in a brochure. The cover features the artist’s early film work on a plastic cover. An absence of white ink means the reader needs to press the cover lightly to see the work clearly. The brochure also communicates the artistic atmosphere of that time through the use of folded paper. The book is bound with cross folds and stick-on elements so that large-format pictures can be folded into this portable brochure. This technique is an intentional design concept and a nod to the fact that these artworks were created during a period of repression in Taiwan but can now be freely viewed in a more liberal atmosphere.
